    Launch + optional upkeep

Timelines begin once required content is received and you respond to review checkpoints. Additional pages, custom features, or delayed approvals can extend timelines.

Policies & terms

Clear terms protect both sides and keep projects moving. Review before purchasing.

Project scope

  • Scope is tier-based: Your purchase includes the deliverables shown for that tier. Anything beyond scope (extra pages, custom features, integrations) may require additional fees and/or extra time.
  • Client content: You provide logos, images, and copy unless you purchase content services. Missing content can delay delivery timelines.
  • Feedback: You’ll be asked for review notes at checkpoints. Please consolidate feedback; major changes after approval may be treated as a new request.

Payments & refunds

  • No refunds: All sales are final once work begins, because services are custom and time-based.
  • Cancellations: If you cancel after work has started, you are responsible for work completed up to that point.
  • Third-party costs: Domains, apps, premium themes, and paid tools are billed separately by third parties unless explicitly included.

Maintenance terms

  • Subscription is optional: Billed monthly and renews automatically unless canceled per the plan terms.
  • Fair use: Covers minor updates and upkeep. Large new builds, full redesigns, or major feature additions are quoted separately.
  • Response times: Requests are handled during business hours; urgent issues are prioritized when possible.

Liability & results

  • No performance guarantees: We do not guarantee sales, traffic, rankings, or specific results.
  • Platform outages: We are not responsible for Shopify outages, third-party service downtime, or issues outside our control.
  • Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your business policies, claims, and legal compliance.
